2017 was quite the year in our country and locally for Kern County! The Dow Jones Average and the NASDAQ both set astounding records. The unemployment rate was down. New construction starts were up. With all of the economic recovery and the local business growth that Kern County witnessed its no surprise that our Real Estate Market is going strong.
